The lecture offers an introduction into the organization and the set-up of entreprises. The emphasis is on transferring entrepreneurial knowledge and getting to know, to understand and to assess entrepreneurial decisions and their implementation into real life. Furthermore to recognize possibilities for personal actions.
Zu Beginn werden die historischen, sozio-ökonomisch-technologischen Aspekte des Konzepts erörtert und Handlungsoptionen diskutiert. Anschliessend wird das operationale Verständnis der Grundmechanismen der nachhaltigen Entwicklung an Hand konkreter Beispiele erarbeitet. Diese Themenbereiche werden in kurzen Theorieblöcken eingeführt und in Gruppenarbeiten vertieft. Eine nachhaltige Entwicklung an den konkreten Beispielen einer Gemeinde und eines Industriebetriebes werden am Schluss aufgezeigt.
This seminar addresses recent theory and research on corporate responsibility and sustainability. After the introduction by Professor Shrivastava emphasis will be placed on developing students' projects and scholarly capabilities.
