Abstract
The lecture offers an introduction into the organization and the set-up of entreprises. The emphasis is on transferring entrepreneurial knowledge and getting to know, to understand and to assess entrepreneurial decisions and their implementation into real life. Furthermore to recognize possibilities for personal actions.

The lecture offers an introduction into the organization and the set-up of entreprises. The emphasis is on transferring entrepreneurial knowledge and getting to know, to understand and to assess entrepreneurial decisions and their implementation into real life . Furthermore to recognize possibilities for personal actions. In addition to the lecture it is highly recommended to take part in the exercises: Ü1: Case Study, Ü2: Business Game
Content
The lecture examines enterprises and their entrepreneurial environment i.e. markets, competition etc. It discusses and assesses visions, missions and strategies for various types of technology intensive enterprises. These affect the way in which an enterprise is organised. It then leads to different demands on organisation and leadership. Yet, leadership always means leading people. The entrepreneur and his team are the key for the success of an enterprise. Various lectures from business leaders intensify the links to the practise and show the students, with which questions they will be confronted during their first steps in their professional career.
