Objective
This basic course shall convey a general overview of the nature and functionality of companies in a competitive environment and shall encourage the students to further delve into various aspects of the topics discussed. By showing how key aspects of business can be comprehended in an overall concept of Entrepreneurship, the aim of the course is to create an understanding of factors driving company success, where success is understood as a broad construct including financial return, employee-, customer- and supplier satisfaction as well as social and ecological responsibility.
