This course provides a broad introduction to flow cytometry. We will cover the working principles of cytometry instrumentation, and essential aspects of experimental design and data analysis. Fluorescence-based cytometry (conventional and full spectrum) as well as mass cytometry will be covered.The format is a lecture course enriched by a visit to the ETH Flow Cytometry Core Facility.
