Practical examination of the possibilities of the appraisal process with reference to the recruitment of military NCOs and officers and of the essential qualities of the appraisal of employees in schools and courses of the Armed Forces. Building on the knowledge of psychological and pedagogical aspects of education acquired during the first semester, heighten the awareness and perception of education and leadership in military life. Use current studies that serve as a background for a detailed examination and reflection on the content of the lectures military pedagogy / military psychology I & II (especially the chapters on education, stress and leadership psychology). Deduce measures, concepts or checklists for the leader's activity as well as preparing specific sequences for the instruction of military cadre.
