Abstract
Use current studies that serve as a background for a detailed examination and reflection on the content of the lectures military pedagogy / military psychology I & II (especially the chapters on education, stress and leadership psychology). Deduce measures, concepts or checklists for the leader's activity as well as preparing specific sequences for the instruction of military cadre.

Ausgewählte Inhalte der Vorlesung Militärpsychologie/Militärpädagogik I & II werden vor dem Hintergrund aktueller Studien vertieft und detailliert reflektiert. Davon ausgehend werden konkrete Massnahmen für die Praxis abgeleitet, d.h. es werden bestimmte Konzepte oder Checklisten für die eigenen Führungstätigkeit erstellt oder spezifische Sequenzen für den Kaderunterreicht aufbereitet. Themen: - Vorbereitung auf die Bewältigung psychischer Belastungen - Erfolgreiche Führungsprinzipien aus Sicht der Wissenschaft und der Praxis - Psychologische Testverfahren in der Selektion von Rekruten und Kaderanwärtern – Möglichkeiten und Grenzen - Selbst- und Fremdwahrnehmung in Beurteilungsprozessen - Die Anwendung psychologischer Grundlagentheorien im militärischen Alltag
