Attendance in the lecture and exercise "Art in Space and Time I" and in the course "Introduction to Free and Perspective Drawing". Submission of artistic exercise works. The semester grade results from participation in the lecture and exercise "Art in Space and Time I" as well as the "Introduction to Free and Perspective Drawing", and the submission of artistic exercise works.

Attendance in the course "Introduction to Free and Perspective Drawing" and the lecture "Art in Space and Time II". Participation in group work within praxis-modules, combined with the submission of an artistic exercise work. The grading results from attending the lecture "Art in Space and Time II" and from submitting an artistic exercise work.

This learning unit has two courses. The lecture “Artistic Perspectives” will introduce students to artistic thought and reflection through the outlining of artistic concepts and class discussion around them. In the sessions called “Artistic Basics”, students will engage in drawing, and will submit exercise work. Both courses require attendance and participation.

The elective course explores and deepens interconnected concepts and materials from a variety of artistic practices. In a series of presentations, artists and researchers introduce multiple approaches of art-based work. The course encompasses multidisciplinary research fields, ranging from urban anthropology and writing methods to film, sculpture, and sound.

We look at contemporary experiences of time and space with - and after - the moving-image, especially material and conceptual shifts when artists work: linear narrative, networked media, the internet, and other ideas of interaction. Architectural space is seen as a broad configuration of environments that situate, and influence techne- the interplay of technology and affect in artistic production.
