Introduction to lawThe basics of contract Law (formation of contract and contract performance),tort law (including liability limitation), corporate law and litigation.Constitutional and administrative law (organization and duties of the state, sources of law, fundamental rights, procedure of public authorities).

Supplemental exercises to the course "Fundamental concepts of Swiss Law". Students will apply the legal principles taught in the course "Fundamental concepts of Swiss Law" to practical problems (contractual and tortuous liability).

Through working on practical problems students will learn the principles of Property Law (in particular possession and ownership, sole and joint ownership, acquiring and loss of personal and real property, easements and liens).
