Abstract

Through working on practical problems students will learn the principles of Property Law (in particular possession and ownership, sole and joint ownership, acquiring and loss of personal and real property, easements and liens).

Content

Die Übung vermittelt einen Einblick in die Rechtsinstitute des Sachenrechts: Besitz und Eigentum; Bestandteil und Zugehör; Gesamteigentum und Miteigentum; Erwerb und Verlust des Fahrniseigentums, Erwerb, Umfang und Bestandteile des Grundeigentums; Nachbarrechte; die Anwendung der Regeln über das Grundeigentum auf Rechte; Schutz von Eigentum und Besitz; das Grundbuch, die beschränkten dinglichen Rechte, insbesondere das Bauhandwerkerpfandrecht.
