Abstract

Supplemental exercises to the course "Fundamental concepts of Swiss Law". Students will apply the legal principles taught in the course "Fundamental concepts of Swiss Law" to practical problems (contractual and tortuous liability).

Objective

Die Übungen bilden eine Ergänzung zur Vorlesung Rechtslehre GZ (V 851-0703-00/851-0703-01/ und geben Gelegenheit zur Verarbeitung des Vorlesungsstoffes anhand praktischer Rechtsfälle. Gegenstand der Lehrveranstaltung bildet die Anwendung der Rechtsnormen auf einen konkreten Sachverhalt. Im Vordergrund stehen Fragen des Vertrags- und Haftpflichtrechts.

Content

Fälle aus dem Gebiete des Obligationenrechts (Art. 1 - 551 OR). Im Vordergrund stehen die Haftung aus Vertragsverletzung und das ausservertragliche Haftpflichtrecht.
