This module focuses on the development needs for participants' business skills and competencies. Experienced business coaches and mentors will interact regularly with participants, offer guidance on how to strategize and implement business cases. They will give feedback on challenges and activities and help participants strengthen their abilities to garner needed resources for their undertakings.

This module focuses on the development needs for both the participants' presentation and resource mobilization skills. The participants are asked to bring all learnings from the CAS and defend in engaging manner their business projects. This defense is typically delivered in presence of external investors or venture stakeholders who will challenge the project and potentially offer future support.

During the study trip, participants will be putting leadership theory into practice. Based on organisational behaviour theories, they will explore effective communication and leadership through hands-on exercises, theatre games, breath & body awareness and control. This will help them be more agile in their lives and become more confident and inspiring leaders to achieve business objectives.

In this module, experienced leadership coaches will interact regularly with the participants, coach along a personal development plan, and feedback on specific challenges and participants' activities with the goal to strenghten the particiants' capability to present themselves and their projects.

This module discusses how technology startups prepare for scaling up their organisation and operations, and helps build an understanding of how entrepreneurs can deal with the various growth challenges. The live sessions will focus on sustainable and responsible business practices and explore how to create positive environmental and social impact through the participants' business ideas.
