Abstract

This module discusses how technology startups prepare for scaling up their organisation and operations, and helps build an understanding of how entrepreneurs can deal with the various growth challenges. The live sessions will focus on sustainable and responsible business practices and explore how to create positive environmental and social impact through the participants' business ideas.

Objective

This module enables participants: 1 - To develop the competences to create scalable business models and growth engines 2 - To build dynamic structures for growth 3 - To maintain an innovation culture while growing 4 - To understand current societal and investor expectations on the contribution of business activities to sustainable development
