The assessment prepares the conditions for the technical skills of team sports (Volleyball, Floorball, Soccer, Handball, Basketball, Badminton).The training philosophy is based on the respective affinities of movement.The core movements are practiced and completed as a skill course.

Basketball-Basics:Basic technical skills: dribbling/ballhandling, passing, shooting, footwork and defense related to the specific Basketball rules.Tactical skills: 1 on 1, give & go, hand-off, pick & roll, pick & pop and the application of these skills in a game 3 on 3 on one basket.

Handball:Recognizing and experiencing important aspects of the game and preparing them for your own lessons with the help of didactic-methodical concepts.Basketball:Methodical and didactical concepts for teaching basketball are demonstrated and implemented on the example of game development and management.

Carrying out selected experiments in movement biomechanics.
