The mentored paper is designed to bring together the findings from the 701-0823-00L Environmental Education Didactics I Information and the 701-0825-10L Environmental Education Didactics II. By using various teaching techniques and methods a semester plan, which is based on various curricula will be ellaborated for a given topic.

Computational modelling of biogeochemical processes and transport of water and solutes in soils and aquifers.

The seminar provides an introduction to the ecological, chemical and physical literature in the aquatic sciences. Students present their summary and review of recent or classical papers, they get familiar with on-line access tools and improve their presentation skills.

Students present seminars on selected topics in terrestrial systems sciences (e.g., soil sciences, plant ecology). The scientific content of the seminars will then be discussed by the students. At the end the quality of presentation will also be critically evaluated and discussed.
