Objective

To find working techniques corresponding to one's own personality and to learn their application.

Content

Time management: efficient planning of tasks and time. Memory and learning: use of the right and left brain, learning techniques, mind-mapping. Rational reading: qualitative and quantitative improvement of the reading process.
