Objective

Illustration and in-depth discussion of lecture contents on work psychology by means of case studies.

Content

Psychology as natural and social science. Task areas of work psychology. Criteria for the evaluation of individual work tasks and work systems. External conditions: work time, shift work. Personal conditions: motivation and satisfaction. Design of individual jobs and work systems. Optimization of technological options in their interaction with human qualification and organizational requirements.
