Im Rahmen der Vorlesung "Verkehrsrecht" werden neben einer Einführung in die rechtlichen Grundlagen des nationalen und des internationalen Verkehrs, Schwerpunkte auf die aktuellen verkehrspolitischen und verkehrswirtschaftlichen Fragen gelegt (z.B. Bahnreform II, Verkehrslenkung, Verkehr und NFA, Luftverkehr vs. Umweltrecht etc.). Mit Übungen und Fallbesprechungen werden einige Themen, die für die Teilnehmer von Interesse sind, vertieft behandelt.
