Abstract
Complementary exercises to the course “Fundamental concepts of Swiss Law”. Students will apply the legal principles taught in the course “Fundamental concepts of Swiss Law” to practical problems (contractual and tortuous liability).
Objective
The exercises complement t he course "Swiss Legal System" and offer a chance to train the legal skills. In this course, legal cases will be discussed and analyzed.
Content
Legal cases from the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). Emphasis is on cases involving breach of contract or torts.
