Objective

Transfer of specific knowledge regarding vehicle technics which constitutes the basis for understanding and design of electronically controlled systems in vehicles

Content

Requirements in view of vehicle application especially commercial vehicles. Characteristics of the main components: Drive, powertrain, transmission and brakes. Starting-point and algorithms for electronic control and exemplary developments. Alternative drives und future tendencies.
