Empiricism of Emotions

Abstract
Within a four years research project an interdisciplinary group worked about "Emotions and their role for human action and in establishing social norms." Researches who have been involved in the project will present their results in a series of public lectures which will be paralleled by a lecture for students and graduates of the ETHZ and UHZ.
Objective
We will raise the question and try to understand if and how the transdisciplinary process has changed problem framing and research in the single disciplines that were part of the project. We will further try to elucidate which conclusions are to be drawn for the field of Emotion Research.
