Abstract
Life cycle approach and life cycle costs in construction. Strategy, organisation and processes for operation, maintanance and alteration of single buildings and important real estate portfolios. Planning, design and constrcution in the existing building stock. Building data management.
Objective
Sensitize and motivate for the importance and challenges of life cycle management in construction. Provide knowledge and skills with regard to the tasks, costs, processes, structures and responsibilities during the use of a building.
