Digital Photogrammetry II
Last Updated: 2026-02-05 15:23:51
Abstract
This course treats selected topics of digital photogrammetry like aerial cameras, sensor modeling and triangulation, DTM generation and editing with focus on linear array aerial sensors, 3D city modeling and road extraction, generation and integration of data for "Geogames"
Objective
The aim of the course is to give more in-depth knowledge on selected important topics of digital aerial photogrammetry, while also permitting practical work with such data.
Content
This course is based on the course Photogrammetrie Grundzuege and Digitale Photogrammetrie I, which are given in the Bachelor program. It treats in greater depth selected topics like aerial cameras, sensor modeling and triangulation, DTM generation and editing with focus on linear array aerial sensors. 3D city modeling and road extraction will also be covered as major applications. A special chapter is devoted to the generation and integration of data for "Geogames".
Resources
Lecture Notes
The slides, the script and learning materials will be placed on a dedicated WEB page of the course.
