Abstract

This course gives a first introduction to Physics. The emphasis is on classical mechanics, up to Newton's theory of gravitation, as well as oscillations. In addition there will be an introduction to thermodynamics.

Objective

Acquire knowledge of the basic principles regarding the physics of classical mechanics and thermodynamics. Skills in solving physics problems.
