Abstract

To intensify the relevant performance factors of prophylactic gymnastics and posture training. To acquire skills, tactics and methodology in the areas of posture and prophylaxis.

- Haltungsschulung - Gelenkmessungen - Mobilisationen - Haltungsanalyse (Status) - Wahrnehmungsschulung - Trainingsformen zur Haltungsveränderung - Gleichgewicht - Stabilisation - Tonusregulation - propriozeptives Training - Massnahmen bei Haltungsdeformationen (Scoliose, X-/ O-Beine, etc.) - aktive und passive Beweglichkeit
