Abstract
The design process from specifications to documentation. CAD tools. Dimensioning concerning mechanical, electrical and thermal operational demands. Electromechanical and electric components. Packaging and connections. Special tools and processes for the design of electrical equipment.
Objective
Teaching of fundamental methodoligcal knowledge necessary for good technical and economic design practice. The lecture couse offers an application oriented introduction to the method of thinking and the tools of the design electrical engineer.
