The lecture elaborates on the significance, objectives, prerequisites, approaches and forms of technology transfer within the context of technology and innovation management. Securing intellectual property and mastering the time factor. Approaches, forms, phases and key success factors of the technology transfer process: Co-operation, funding and building spin-offs and high-tech start-ups, continuing education. Organizational solutions on different levels. Technology and Science Parks. Support instruments in Switzerland and abroad. Case studies presented by guest speakers. Practical examples.
