Abstract

The course provides an introduction into the current practice of monitoring of sector and country programmes in development cooperation by introducing theoretical approaches and their implementation. On the basis of practical experiences, the course presents the steps of data collection and analysis, reporting and implementation of the results for steering purposes at programme level.

Objective

Students are familiarized with current concepts of monitoring at the level of sector and programmes and their concrete implementation in development cooperation
