Abstract

The seminar provides an introduction to 20th-century landscape theory and landscape architecture. Students will read texts and respond with critical commentary, view selected gardens, parks and landscapes, and work on a selected topic on their own.

Objective

This diploma elective is intended to give students with special interests the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in the field of landscape architecture while providing them with guidance in scholarly research and writing in this field.
