Abstract

Concurrently show the state of implementing the digital factory in the industry and independent experience of the presented contents in the course of practices.

Content

In dieser Lehrveranstaltung wird die Notwendigkeit der Digitalisierung der Produktions- und Fabrikplanung aufgezeigt und ein Überblick über die Voraussetzungen und heute verfügbaren Methoden und Werkzeuge im Umfeld der Digitalen Fabrik gegeben. Anhand von Praxisbeispielen wird der Stand der Umsetzung der Digitalen Fabrik in der Industrie gezeigt. Dabei wird u.a. erläutert wie die verschiedenen Methoden und Werkzeuge in der Industrie zum Einsatz kommen und welche Potentiale sich damit im Rahmen der Produktions- und Fabrikplanung realisieren lassen. Begleitend dazu werden die vorgestellten Inhalte von den Studenten selber im Rahmen von Übungen erlebt. Die Übungen werden zum Teil mit der digitalen Planungssoftware der Firma Delmia ( http://www.delmia.de/ ) durchgeführt.
