Abstract

Introduction to the basics of Information and Telecommunications Law for non-lawyers (part two: Telecommunications Law).The course deals with the legal regulations and principles that apply to telecom network operators and telecom service providers (fixed-line and mobile phone).

Objective

Lernziel ist die Kenntnis und das Verständnis der wichtigsten rechtlichen Konzepte am Beispiel des Schweizer Rechts, welche den Einsatz und die Kommerzialisierung von Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnologie in der Schweiz ermöglichen und regulieren. Die Veranstaltung erfordert keine juristischen Vorkenntnisse.
