Autonomous Mobile Robots

Abstract

The objective of this course is to provide the basics required to develop autonomous mobile robots and systems. Main emphasis is put on mobile robot locomotion, perception, environment modeling and navigation. In addition to the more conventional approaches, behavior based systems will be presented. Theory will be deepened by exercises and mainly by application to real robots.
