Abstract

Content
Insights into fruit-growing (pre- and post-harvest), small fruit-growing, viticulture (with some hints on wine making) and vegetable-growing (pre-harvest) in Switzerland: - Berries: Oberview on macro-economical importance (acrage, farms, ...) of the crops mentioned - All crops: Selection of scientifc and practical hints on the basis of production technique, crop protection, physiology, genetic variability, etc.
