Abstract

A consolidation of fitness education; relevant performance factors in the training of physical fitness.Acquisition of skills, tactics, methodology in the areas of fitness and aerobics.Getting to know current and prophylactic training aspects and the training thereof.

Objective

Vertiefen relevanter Leistungsfaktoren beim Training der körperlichen Fitness Erwerben von Fertigkeiten, Taktik, Methodik im Fitness- und Aerobicsbereich Kennenlernen und Schulen aktueller und prophylaktischer Trainingsaspekte im Fitnessbereich

- Fittests im Fitnessbereich - Krafttrainings- und Ausdauergeräte - Trainingsprogramme im Fitnessbereich für Kraft, Ausdauer und Beweglichkeit - Programmanpassungen bei Problemen am Bewegungsapparat - Einführung von Personen an Fitnessgeräten - Funktionelle Anatomiekenntnisse im Fitnessbereich - Aerobics: Aufbau und Einführung von Aerobicblöcken
