Abstract

Review of the product innovation process: From the opportunity phase, through the idea and pre-development phase with an integrated rough conception and market achievement process to the actual product development phase including the concept process and draft process. Furthermore, the basics of cost management, organizational structures, presentation techniques, and documentation will be covered.
