Abstract
Introduction of basic concepts and methods in Public Health, epidemiology, and Evidence Based Medicine. An overview on clinical trials and relevent elements of GCP (Good Clinical Practice), registration procedures, ethics and economic aspects of drug therapy are given.
Objective
students know the concepts and principles of epidemiological and pharmaepidemiological research, they are informed about the principles of evidence based medicine and know how and where to serch for evidence.
