Abstract
Students learn how to develop and analyze biological network models and apply these techniques in group projects. Topics: information extraction from biological research papers, choice of modeling strategy, setup and specification of ODE-based models, modeling tools and standards, implementation and simulation issues, parameter estimation, sensitivity and robustness analysis, model discrimination.
