Abstract

The course illustrates experience based procedures for the planning of sectoral and country level programmes in development cooperation. Specific consideration will be given to the harmonisation and alignment agenda and its consequences for the planning of sectoral and country level programmes.

Objective

This course enables the planning of sectoral and country programmes and improves the steering capacity of such processes.
