Abstract

Life cycle approach and life cycle costs in construction. Strategy, organisation and processes for operation, maintanance and alteration of single buildings and important real estate portfolios. Planning, design and constrcution in the existing building stock. Building data management.

Objective

Sensibilisierung und Motivation für die Bedeutung und Herausforderungen des Lebenszyklusansatzes im Bauwesen. Vermittlen von Wissen und Fähigkeiten hinsichtlich der Aufgaben, Kosten, Prozesse, Strukturen und Verantwortlichkeiten während der Nutzungsphase eines Gebäudes.
