Abstract
Introduction in research ethics
Objective
The main goal is to enhance the ability to recognize and identify ethical issues and conflicts, analyze and develop well-reasoned responses to the kinds of ethical problems a scientist is likely to encounter.
Content
Foundations and principles of research ethics; case studies to some of the six domains of research ethics (scientific integrity, collegiality, protection of human subjects, animal welfare, institutional integrity, social responsibility); methodology and ethical reasoning; ethical theories.
