Abstract
In the mentored work the contents of the lectures are put into practice and further developed. Under the guidance of the mentor, either teaching material providing high learning effectiveness shall be created or a specific topic is to be analyzed and reflected by considering aspects of the relevance for instruction while taking educational aspects into particular consideration.
Objective
Promotion of the ability to teach (also new) specialized knowledge to different groups of addressees understandably. Presentation of an instruction-relevant work. Preparation of topics for instruction from the current research in an understandable form.
Content
Possible forms of the work could e.g. be: Development of an instruction unit, production of a Portfolio or a learning diary, developing a teaching program, production of a training video or a PowerPoint presentation, creation of a Learning Community, documentation of a field test. The FV is not an additional didactics work; rather it could be understood as „hinge subject “ between specialized knowledge and specialized didactics.
