Abstract

The students will get an understanding of the nature, role and importance ofcadastral systems and related concepts such as land administration, landregistration and spatial data infrastructures (SDIs). The Swiss cadastralsystem as well as a range of international approaches both in developed anddeveloping countries will be reviewed.
