Abstract
After a short introduction to the theoretical fundamentals and experimental tests of the standard model, supersymmetry, leptoquarks, and extra dimensions will be treated among other topics. Thereby the phenomenological aspect, i. e., the search for new particles and interactions at existing and future particle accelerators will play a significant role.
Objective
Das Ziel der Vorlesung ist es, eine Einführung in die verschiedenen theoretischen Konzepte zu geben, welche Lösungsvorschläge für die offenen Probeme des Standardmodells (SM) der Teilchenphysik anbieten und damit zur Physik jenseits des SM führen. Neben den theoretischen Konzepten spielt der phänomenologische Aspekt, d.h. die Suche nach neuen Teilchen und Wechselwirkungen an den existierenden und zukünftigen Teilchenbeschleunigern eine wesentlich Rolle.
