Abstract
Die Law and Economics Seminar- und Vorlesungsreihe wird gemeinsam durch die EHT Zürich, die Universität Zurich und die Universität St. Gallen durchgeführt. In jedem Semester halten verschiedene Gastreferenten/Innen eine Law and Economics Vorlesung und/oder präsentieren ihre gegenwärtigen Forschungsarbeiten.
Objective
The lecture and workshop series in law and economics is a joint seminar of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and the University of Zurich. It aims at allowing participants to discuss current Law and Economic issues with leading academics
Content
Participants discuss current law and economics issues with guest scholars from Europe and the U.S.. In addition, participants write a comment on one of the discussed papers or make a presentation on a law and economics topic.
