Basics and principles of clinical microbiology: - morphology, metabolism and genetics of bacteria - infectious diseases, epidemiology, host-pathogen interactions - pathogenesis, diagnostics, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing - therapeutic regimens commonly used against bacterial disease - aspects of medical mycology and parasitology
