Abstract

Through mediation and in-depht study of further topics in Sport Psychology, know-how is increased. Selected intervention forms will allow insight into Applied Sport Psychology and give insight into psychological processes and their effects in sport.

Objective

Mit der Vermittlung und Vertiefung weiterer Themen der Sportpsychologie soll die Sachkenntnis gemehrt werden. Ausgewählte Interventionsformen sollen Einblicke in die angewandte Sportpsychologie ermöglichen und psychische Prozesse und ihre Wirkungen im Sport erkennen lassen.

Content

Die inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte der Veranstaltung sind: - Motivation; Zielsetzungstraining - Entwicklung - Karriere im Leistungssport - Trainer-Athlet-Interaktion - Mentale Rehabilitation von Sportverletzungen - Gruppe und Mannschaft
