Abstract

To intensify the relevant performance factors of prophylactic gymnastics and posture training. To acquire skills, tactics and methodology in the areas of posture and prophylaxis.

Vertiefen relevanter Leistungsfaktoren beim prophylaktischen Training von Gymnastik+Haltung Erwerben von Fertigkeiten, Taktik, Methodik im Haltungsbereich und Prophylaxe

- Haltungsschulung - Gelenkmessungen - Mobilisationen - Haltungsanalyse (Status) - Wahrnehmungsschulung - Trainingsformen zur Haltungsveränderung - Gleichgewicht - Stabilisation - Tonusregulation - propriozeptives Training - Massnahmen bei Haltungsdeformationen (Scoliose, X-/ O-Beine, etc.) - aktive und passive Beweglichkeit
