Abstract
Dance and movement is comprised of the following: expression, strength, endurance, suppleness, flexibility, rhythmic movement, coordination and dance cants to music, in combination with creativity. Specialization in these areas is studied.

- Vertiefen und verbessern der eigenen Tanztechnik - Kennenlernen neuer Bewegungsarten, Tanzrichtungen - Sicherheit in der unterrichtlichen Kompetenz gewinnen und Förderung von Kreativität - Choreographische Elemente kennenlernen und anwenden können

- Neue Tanzrichtungen kennenlernen - Technik verschiedener Tanzstile - Didaktisch-methodische Inputs - erarbeiten von Tanzkombinationen - Choreographie- dieses Thema genauer analysieren und verschiedene Praxismöglichkeiten kennenlernen und erarbeiten - Was gehört zu einer Performance mit SchülerInnen? Von der Tanzkombination bis hin zur Aufführung

Sport Practical (The MAS SHE diploma in Sport - or in Sport as major subject for a MAS SHE in a major and a minor subject - will only be granted to students holding a Master, Diploma or Licentiate degree in Sport. Additionally, a Sport Practical encompassing 50 CP's is required. The Sport Practical can be partly conducted during the Bachelor and Master programmes in Sport.)
