Abstract

This lecture is aimed at giving an overview of theories, models and instruments of teaching and learning. It also suggests how students can use that knowledge to develop their own competence as teachers. They can use an internet platform for that purpose, both to do tasks and exchange experience with fellow students.

Objective

Die Studierenden reflektieren und strukturieren die Fachinhalte auf dem Hintergrund des eigenen Vorwissens und vergleichen ihre Positionen mit denjenigen ihrer Lernpartner aufgrund eines mündlichen und schriftlichen Austauschs. Die Lernziele sind dadurch stark individualisiert. Die gemeinsamen Lernprozessziele der Studierenden sind die Folgenden: Die Studierenden überprüfen und modifizieren ihre subjektiven Theorien zu den Rahmenbedingungen des Lehrens und Lernens. Die Studierenden erhalten einen pädagogischen Blick auf ihr jeweils spezifisches Fachwissen. Die Studierenden lernen den Nutzen eines Perspektivenwechsels mit LernpartnerInnen für ihren Unterricht und ihr eigenes Lernen kennen. Die Studierenden analysieren Problemsituationen und wenden ihr Fachwissen in Fallbeispielen an. Die Studierenden bauen personale, soziale und fachliche Aspekte einer pädagogischen und didaktischen Handlungskompetenz auf.
