Abstract

Practical questions of the environmental and spatial planning legislation are treated by means of a number of cases. The individual case is placed into a general view of the legal context. Characteristic difficulties are pointed out, with whom one has to deal in the course of the implementation. From there on the usefulness of legal instruments and operational approaches are discussed.
