Rather than solely focussing on the classical quality management concerning project, time and costs the emphasis is on a broad and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current thinking, analysis and processes relating to the subject. Each semester concentrates on a specific topic.

The diploma elective investigates the different aspects of quality within the building process. Rather than solely focussing on the classical quality management concerning project, time and costs the emphasis is on a broad and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current thinking, analysis and processes relating to the subject. Each semester concentrates on a specific topic. The lecture is understood as a workshop and an open forum for discussion with the active participation of the students as a prerequisite.
